All appointments are subject to the following cancellation policy:
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of booking are not refunded.
Appointmentss can be rearranged before the 48 hour window or cancelled for 50% refund.
Appointments cancelled before 72 hours of booking are rearranged or refunded in full.
