Breathwork is a healing modality where there is a conscious manipulation of the breath to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. It is an inclusive practice available to all regardless of race, religion, size, age or otherwise. As long as there is breath, there is breathwork.
Earlene’s breathwork sessions include gentle movement to activate and open up different energy centers within the body. Her use of conscious breathwork allows the breath to move stagnant energy, allowing for release and an increase to a feeling of aliveness and connectedness. Through active touch, meditation and mantra there is a tender return to the self and reacclimation to the environment.
