Booking Details

  • Rate includes setup and props.
  • Mini Sessions Allowed: Must fit within your booking time.

Important Guidelines

  • Setup & Breakdown: Must be done within your booked time. Overtime is charged at $80/hour.
  • Cleaning Fee: $50 if the space isn’t returned to its original condition.
  • Damage Fee: $70 for any rips or damage to the paper backdrop.
Arrival & Access
  • Contactless Entry: A code will be sent via text and email before your session.
Cancellation & Refunds
  • No refunds once booked.
  • Cancellations receive credit for future bookings—contact us to reschedule.
Liability Waiver
By booking, you agree that Blank Space Studio is not responsible for lost items or injuries. Any applicable overtime, cleaning, or damage fees will be charged to your card post-session.
