Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules made 24 hours or more prior to your appointment session will not be charged any fees.

Cancellations or reschedules made in 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee.

No show/no call will be charged the full service fee.

If you are late, we may not be able to adjust your time and will be charged the full scheduled service fee. Likewise, if you need to shorten your session without prior notice you will be charged the full scheduled service fee.

All of our time is valuable. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency. Thank you for understanding!
