Please book in the 'Eastern Time (GMT -04:00 or -05:00*)' mode and consider it the local event time regardless if a physical location is in another time zone. (Exp. 10am EST would be both "10am Chicago" as well as "10am San Francisco" despite not being CST nor PST equivalent.) Many travel from various time zones. Establishing a consistent base minimizes guests from showing up at other people's appointments since there is no option to disable the time zone feature. Thank you.
