Please read ALL of the information below before booking an appointment. You are fully responsible for reading our policies as you will be asked to sign consent for any and all services you will be booking.
HOURS OF OPERATION & SCHEDULING:
Our hours of operations are from Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm on the following days, however, please note last call for lashes/fills are at 3pm and last call for brow service are at 4pm. This is due to unavailability past 5pm. Please do not book a lash set or fill after 3pm! failure to do this will result in appointment cancellation.
If you need an appointment before 9am and/or after 5pm, please message me directly to request a "squeeze in" appointment which is subject to availability at an additional cost of $30.00. This additional cost is due to appointments requested outside of my normal business hours.

DEPOSITS:
A $55 deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note there is a $5 processing fee and only $5 will be deducted from your total. Your deposit will secure your appointment date and time. Your remaining balance must be paid in person via CASH ONLY. No exceptions.
No deposits = no appointments.
POLICIES:
Late Policy: If you are running late please contact us! There is a 10 minute grace period granted for each appointment. After 10 minutes you will be charged $10. After 15 minutes your appointment will unfortunately be canceled. If scheduling permits and I am able to service you after the 15 minutes, you will be charged an additional $20 fee.
Cancelation Policy: Appointments may only be canceled 48 hours in advanced. Your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment date & time, you will be charged 50% of the service you booked and your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.
NO call NO show Policy: NO call NO show will result in being banned from booking with me and charged 100% of the service.
Audience policy: Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also due to the size of my lash room, friends/family members are not permitted during your appointment.
Lash extension refills:
In order to receive a lash extension refill, you must have 40-50% of your lash extensions still on. If you have less than 40-50%, you will be charged for a FULL set. Lash extension refills should be done every 2-3 weeks. There are two categories on the booking slots below: Lash extension refill (14 days or less) & Lash extension refill (15-21 days). Please book the slot that pertains to you. If you are not sure if you should book a lash extension refill or a new set please contact us for better assistance.
Foreign lash extension refills are not accepted. You will need to book a removal with your desired lash service. Failure to book a removal will result in appointment cancellation as removals take 30+ minutes and will cut into another persons time, SO PLEASE BOOK REMOVAL! No exceptions.
*Please be sure to pick a style with your lash set: CAT EYE, WISPY, SPIKEY. If you do not, you'll only receive ONE length through out the eye.*
Lash Extension Removals:
Due to the lash growth cycle, removals are recommended after 3 lash extension refills. After three refills a removal and new full set will be required.
AFTERCARE
Aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment. There will be Max Glam by Natasha lash aftercare kits available for purchase at the time of your appointment. I highly recommend investing in lash aftercare for longer lasting results.
