Peaceful Pause is a powerful two-hour experience that unites pranayama, mantra meditation, restorative yoga and sound healing. The practices are effortlessly woven together leaving you feeling transported to a level of consciousness that both cleanses and nourishes your overall well-being.
You will also go home with your own crystal mala necklace to continue your mantra meditation practice.
What to expect:
You will be immersed a deep release through restorative yoga, gentle breathwork and mantra meditation with your vey own crystal mala necklace. Then simple unwind to the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls and other instruments to aid your relaxation and release. This is an opportunity for everybody — regardless of prior experience — to experience improved sleep & relaxation, improved immune & nervous system health, freedom from stress & anxiety, invigorated mental, emotional & energetic states of being, emotional release and a healthy spiritual self-care practice.
