Due to an increase in applications, the LRC is implementing a new policy effective immediately:

***Eviction Prevention and Temporary Housing Voucher assistance is temporarily unavailable.***

  • We will not provide any financial assistance to an applicant who has been assisted from DCA and/or Project Reset. Each applicant must provide verifiable documents for a loss of income/employment and must also be able to show proof of finding employment.
  • We are only able to accept applications for those residing in 30046 and/or have a child attending a ReCAST School (see list above or on the main page on our website) for rental/temporary housing vouchers at this time.
  • We will only provide one utility assistance payment.
  • If you have been previously assisted, we will automatically cancel your appointment and refer you to another agency.
