Drop-In Care is provided for children ages 1 to 12 years old. Children can visit for a minimum of 1 hour, and a MAXIMUM of 4 hours per visit.
If your child(ren) is in care during lunch (12:00 -12:30) PLEASE pack them a peanut-free, non-microwavable bagged lunch.
If you are requesting a SAME DAY drop-in visit, a service other than drop-in care, like a workday camp, remote learning camp or need a time slot that isn't available here, please call 910-758-1055 for assistance.
PLEASE ensure that you present your ID for drop off and pick up. Only persons listed as AUTHORIZED for pick up will be allowed to retrieve the child(ren).
If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel here online, or call us 910-758-1055(Fayetteville) 919-200-0135(Garner) to avoid a "No Show" fee. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please let us so you aren't considered a "No Show." The "No Show" fee is equivalent to an hour at the UNRESERVED rate for the number of children that are reserved.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel a day in advance to avoid a "Cancellation Fee." Same day cancellations after 7:00am will result in a "Cancellation Fee" which is equivalent to an hour at the UNRESERVED rate for the number of children that are reserved.
Late Policy: If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call us at 910-758-1055. When you arrive late without calling ahead, your reservation may no longer be available. Late arrivals that are accepted must understand that the original pickup time stands. Oftentimes, there is another family scheduled to arrive when your original reservation is scheduled to end. Adhering to the requested reservation time is critical, as persons picking up late or extending without prior consent can compromise ratio requirements.
No Show Policy: Families that "No Show" will incur a "No Show" Fee. The "No Show" Fee will be equivalent to the rate of the scheduled reservation.
Date Night Reservation: Date Night's must be prepaid upon reservation. No refunds.
Please note that we have a 30 minute “Crying Policy.” We are aware that young children may be new to being in the care of others and may need time to adjust and become acclimated to The Drop Zone providers and environment. Our trained caregivers will do their best to help children feel comfortable and assist with adjusting to our space. Our overall goal is to ensure a safe and suitable atmosphere for everyone in care. To that end, we may have to contact parents/guardians to pick up children who are inconsolable and are crying consistently more than 30 minutes.

RESERVATION STEPS:
1) Ensure that you are registered with The Drop Zone, so we can link your reservation to your account.
2) To schedule, scroll to the number of children for the number of hours you would like (1 - 4 hours max.) for the location you'd like to reserve and click "Book.".
3) "Select" your preferred location - FAYETTEVILLE or GARNER.
4) Then select the day, and the drop off time you desire, and click "Continue."
5) Please ensure that your name is the name your family is registered as, and "Complete Appointment."
