All appointments will take place at the studio location.

*Please arrive at your appointment at the scheduled time.

Late Policy:

If you are late to your appointment you will be assessed a $20 fee after 10 minutes, if Marci can accommodate you she will accept your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled and 100% off your appointment total will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

You have 48 hours to cancel your appointment with no additional charge. Otherwise, you will be charged 75% of your remaining balance for the services you scheduled. No shows and day of cancelations will be charged 100% of services + Late fee of $20. No shows will no longer be able to book again.

Phone Policy:

Kindly refrain from cellphone usage during services, to limit distraction & interference towards the next client's scheduled appointment.

EARLY MORNING SERVICE FEE:

Appointments prior to 9:00am will be assessed a $50 fee in addition to my base fee, if Marci can accommodate you. Please be sure to add the add-on option for before or after hour appointments, if not I will add it myself.
