My Los Osos practice is primarily focused on offering these hands-on treatments listed below to assist fertility, pain conditions and overall body-mind-spirit alignment. I am not available for naturopathic doctor services at this time. This means that I am not currently creating treatment plans outside of general treatment plans related to fertility, pain, or acupuncture-related general wellness. This also means that I generally do not order labs or imaging.

I DO, however, offer you an individualized acupuncture/craniosacral treatment focused on providing space for serenity and fertility enhancement/pain relief. I will always do my best to help you relax, recover and improve your presenting health challenge.

Please do be aware that insurance is not accepted at this location (however, superbills can be provided upon request). Also, as there isn't a receptionist at this location, only payments in the form of EXACT cash or check will be accepted. Thank you so much for understanding.

Request: Existing Patient Acupuncture

1 hour 10 minutes @ $120.00

$120 starting December 1, 2022. These treatments are part of a prescribed series or offered as-needed for established patients. For muscle tension/pain-focused treatments, these treatments generally include a 10-15 minute intake, 30-40 minutes of acupuncture and 10-15 minutes of cupping/massage. For fertility/stress-focused treatments, these treatments generally include 10-20-minutes of intake, followed by 45-50 minutes of acupuncture treatment.

The focus of my acupuncture treatments is on helping fertility, pain conditions and for overall body-mind-spirit alignment. Request: Craniosacral

1 hour 10 minutes @ $165.00

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique where I use light touch to examine the body’s fascia and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. I use gentle techniques to release restrictions within the connective tissue system to release stored tension that sometimes also contain memories and emotions. This subtle treatment promotes feelings of well-being by eliminating stored tensions and rebalancing the nervous system.
