-Starting January 2025 all payments will be accepted using the booking website.

-Please be sure to book the correct services. I will service you for what is booked! (i.e if you need me to come to you please select the correct travel fee, if you want longer length, please select the correct length you would like.)

DEPOSITS
-$25 DEPOSITS ARE STILL BEING ACCEPTED VIA the booking site. Once you have successfully booked your appointment, I will send a text message confirming appt! IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE THEN YOUR APPT IS NOT CONFIRMED/ PAYMENT WAS NOT RECEIVED!!!!

LATE POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY
-If you are 15 mins late for your appt, you will be charged an additional $20 to appt.
-If you are more than 15 minutes late then consider your appt canceled.
-If you cancel the day of your appt the booking site will automatically charge a percentage of your appt! So please be sure to cancel 24hrs in advance to prevent any charges(these are non refundable)
TRAVELING SERVICES
-If you are traveling to me, address will be AUTOMATICALLY SENT THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

-If you need to utilize traveling services, your address is needed 1 day prior to appt!!!

If you need Travel Services, Please calculate the distance from zip code 30223 to your home. Then base your travel fees off of the amount of minutes. For example, if your home is 40 minutes away from my zip code, you will book under the 30-45 minutes travel fee option.

REFUND POLICY

I do not offer refunds. I ensure your hair is to your liking before you leave or before I leave you. NO REFUNDS WHAT SO EVER!!!!


All About The Braids Clients:

ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT DETAILS

-Please be sure to wash and blow dry hair FULLY prior to your appt. If your hair is not washed, I will not service you. If your hair is not blow dried COMPLETELY you will be charged an additional $20.

-Hair is included in styles over $100. *IF YOUR STYLE IS UNDER $100, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING YOUR HAIR.

HAIR BRAND

--Xpression Prestretched hair is the brand of hair for use. I WILL NOT SERVICE YOU WITH ANY OTHER HAIR!!!!


South Side Loc Queen Clients

Existing clients:

Starting January 2025, if you are beyond your 4-6 weeks retie date you will be charged $150 for up to 3 hours of service. After 3 hours you will be charged an additional $50 per each additional hour.

New clients

A consult is needed before booking a new install NO EXCEPTIONS. Any questions will answered during the consultation.

Transfer clients:

The proper retie ranges from 4-6 weeks if are beyond 6 weeks prices start at $150 for up to 4 hrs. If your retie is over 4 hours, you will be charged an additional $50 per each additional hour.
