PLEASE READ

(REQUIREMENTS OF THE HAIR)

1. ALL hair must be CLEAN (NO OILS) and ready to braid, if it is not clean service WILL NOT BE PROVIDED!!

2. Once you choose the service of your choice, there will be a drop-down box, please check all that applies to you so there won't be any confusion with your remaining balance.

3. If you have bad dandruffs please wash your hair prior to the day of your appointment and wash it with apple cider vinegar to cleanse the scalp.

4. If you book 2 or more people and one of the parties cant make their appointment, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to the balance of the next party.

5. If your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, please reach out to me the week before regarding any questions or concerns.

6. NO EATING IS ALLOWED while service is being provided…

7. There will be NO KIDS/EXTRA visitors with you at your appointment.

8. Grace period is 15mins late, anything after your appointment will be cancelled and a deposit will be required.

9. Please do not bring any working devices (laptops or iPads) for work services purpose.

10. Same day, or last minute appointments (if available) will be an additional $75.

11. Please refrain from facetiming while I'm providing service.

12. Please be sure of your booking DATE and TIME. Once it is booked changes can’t be made unless you contact me via email (no call or text) within 24hrs….

13. You are allowed to reschedule 1x (contact me to adjust changes)..after the 1x there will be additional ($50) to change your appointment

14. Cancellation has to be made within 24hrs or you will be charged 50% of previous balance.

15. Any cancellations that are made the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% and before you can book again u will have to pay the previous balance that was due

16. Apple pay, cash app, square are acceptable payments, however 3.5% service fee will be applied for all transactions.

NO CALL NO SHOW… WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE PREVIOUS SERVICE and you will be Banned!!!!…
