Deposits/Payments
A non-refundable booking fee of £15 is taken to secure your booking. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, this will be lost and you will have to pay a new deposit if you would like to rebook.
Policies
A late fee will be incurred if you are late. Anything over 10 minutes will result in having your appointment cancelled as I am back to back with clients.
You must have at least 40% of lashes remaining for a INFILL. Anything less and you will be charged for a fullest. Please ensure your infill is booked for 2-3 weeks. Anything after 3 WEEKS will be considered a FULLSET.
Location
I am based in Shirley/West Wickham. The nearest station is West Wickham Station. There is a bus stop right in front of the Salon.
There is FREE parking on the road called Devonshire Way. Please do not park in front of the salon as it is private parking.
