Welcome to our Scheduler! Select your appointment for class, private education, your first consultation, or follow-up, and if your insurance is one of the insurances we work with, or if not, then self-pay. Note that our classes and private prenatal education sessions are self-pay only.

If you are selecting an insurance consultation you will need to enter your card information to hold that spot. You will NOT be charged anything up front! Please understand that you will be charged for any balance that the insurance does not pay (patient portion, copay, etc.), not to exceed the fee displayed per service. Sometimes this happens if you have not met your deductible to date. Even if you delivered in the hospital it is possible claims will not have processed by the time that our claim is submitted and thus your deductible may not have been "met". It is always best to check with your insurance ahead of time to ensure you have met your deductible.
