50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments! The deposit is credited towards your service and the remaining balance is to be paid the day of appointment. (Cash, Card, Cash app, Chime, Zelle)
SAME DAY Cancellations/Reschedules -
- Reschedules done less than 24 hours in advance require a $15 rescheduling fee.
- Reschedules can only be done once. Then the deposit is forfeited.
*After an appointment has passed, there is no rescheduling. You have to manually book another appointment with another deposit. (You cannot reschedule if the appt date has passed.)
- Once an appt is canceled, you can not reinstate that appointment. Another appt has to be booked with a new deposit. Please DO NOT cancel or send a request of appointment cancellation if you do not wish to cancel! I will not be able to reinstate that appointment.
LATE POLICY:
15 minutes late - $15 late fee
Clients must physically be in my chair no later than the 14th minute. There is no additional grace period.
No show and cancelled appointments due to lateness will not be refunded deposit.
BOOKINGS:
I do month by month booking, therefore you will be unable to book an appointment 2 or 3 months in advance. For example, if you're booking for March, you'd book mid February. If you're booking for June, you'd book mid May.
COURTESY RULES:

No extra guests who are not being serviced, and no kids please. These rules go for all family and friends as well who want to accompany the client, I have very limited space so there is a very strict policy of no extra people at appointment. (Moms as well)
There will be a $25 charge added to the remaining balance for any extra guests that sit in during the appointment.
Additional Information:
- Please come at YOUR appointment time ladies! If your appointment is for 2 pm, please come at 2 pm. That doesn't mean 1:30, 1:45, 2:10, 2:15, etc.
- Appointment type CANNOT be changed after booking.
- Please come with eyebrows and facial hair groomed/arched/threaded/waxed, etc. to ensure the BEST finished look!
