This work does involve deep pointed work along with firm gliding pressure, trailing along the direction of the muscles fibers in order to increase muscle flexibility, while relieving the body of the tension and pain caused by compensation and any previous strain. This Massage works to increase Range of Motion of the Upper Body, including the Shoulders, Neck and Back. This is a deep and precise work intended for those who are tired of feeling tense and are ready for serious work. However, the lower limbs will also be addressed depending on the severity of the restrictions found in the Upper Body. Trigger points are often activated by overloading of a the musclem a traumatic event, such as a fall or accident, or inactivity.
