Deposit Policy: A $100 security deposit must be made to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from the amount due. Remaining balance is due the day of the session.

Late Policy: All clients are given a 10 minute grace period. If you exceed 15 minutes, the session will be rescheduled and the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies: Sessions may be rescheduled once (must give notice more than 48 hours prior to the session) at no charge. Additional rescheduling requires a $50 fee. If you cancel your session, you will forfeit your deposit.

Weather Cancellations: You will receive an email to let you know the session needs to be rescheduled. The photographer has the final decision on rescheduling due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates available to reschedule your session.

Turn Around Time: 2 weeks. Images will be available to download and print via an Online Gallery two weeks after your session.
