✴︎ are you coming in for a full set? please come to me with BARE NAILS (this is to make sure your natural nails are in condition to receive a new set 💖 deformities and fungus are what i'm looking for!)
✴︎ prior to our appointment, please have all previous work that is not mine removed. if you have acrylic on your nails upon arrival you are subject to being turned away or upcharged for removal!
✴︎ do not bring extra people or kids- i will kindly ask you to reschedule if you are not able to find child care.
✴︎ if you need to be picked up i will alert you when we have 15-20 minutes left until we are finished so you can arrange a ride.
✴︎ no eating but feel free to bring a drink to sip on. we have a snack area and coffee bar for you to take advantage of upon arrival.
✴︎ masks are not required but are encouraged to prevent inhaling the dust.
CANCELLATION, NO SHOWS & LATE FEES:
if you're cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, there will be a full service fee charged to the card on file.
you will be asked to put a valid card on file at the end of your booking process, but you also have the option to pay in full to get it out of the way- i only charge your card if you no show with no communication.
if you are over 15-20 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled after you pay your reschedule fee, no late fees required. (50% of your service price)
sometimes i am running behind due to unforeseen circumstances, such as detailed designs. if you arrive and i am still with my client please get comfortable in the waiting area and i will get to you ASAP 🧡 with that being said, if you're running under 15 mins behind please just let me know, i am very understanding
