Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as Non-Sleep Deep Rest, is a rest-based meditation journey into the deepest center of ourselves where our true nature is experienced.
Occupying the liminal space between sleep and wakefulness, Yoga Nidra gently guides you as you wade deeper and deeper into the waters of your own consciousness.
The class will begin with 15 minutes of gentle movement, followed by 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra (led by Stephanie Brown) interwoven with healing sound facilitated by Sarah Huffman.
