Add-On Services
When should I add any add-on services?
Please add any add-on services at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee.
Shampoo
Is shampoo included in all services?
Shampoo is only included with lace wig applications, sew-ins, silk press, tape-ins, and microlink installs. It is not included in specials. All other services require you to add a shampoo.
Hair
Is hair provided for all services?
Hair is only included for microlinks, tape-ins, and bob wig and install. You can also purchase hair prior to the appointment by texting.
New Closures/Wigs/Frontals
What is the process for new closures, wigs, or frontals?
New closures, wigs, or frontals need to be dropped off 3-5 business days to get customized, or there will be a same-day customization fee. You may drop them in the mail slot with your name, date, and time attached. Only bags are allowed, no boxes.
Micro Links & Tape-Ins
What is the requirement for micro links and tape-ins?
Micro links and tape-ins require a consultation for new clients.
No Call No Show
What is the policy for no call, no show?
No call, no show results in full payment, and you will not be able to rebook.
Cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. A 10-minute grace period is provided, and a $20 late fee is applicable after 15 minutes. The appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
