If your Carbonara Sauce turns to scrambled egg, you've come to the right place. During this class I will show you a fool-proof way to achieve a silky, smooth sauce every time. Pancetta optional. For dessert, we will make a rustic apple galette with a flaky, all-butter pate brisée crust served with our in-house no-churn vanilla bean ice cream.
