Let us teach you how to make your very own hand dipped ricotta cheese and turn it into deliciously light and fluffy ricotta gnocchi You will serve it in a brown butter and fresh herb sauce.

Herb Laminated Pappardelle in a Creamy Pesto Style Sauce with Affogato

Why put herbs on your pasta when you can put them in your pasta?

During this class I will guide you through making this gorgeous laminated egg pasta. Using a gnocchi board, we will shape it into Garganelli and serve in a cherry tomato, garlic confit and basil sauce.

While the pasta dough is resting we will make a deliciously creamy, vanilla bean no churn ice cream "drowned in a boozy coffee"

You will prepare egg pasta from scratch and serve in a creamy mushroom and black pepper sauce. Moving on to dessert you will make a lemony creme brulee. Things will get hot with the blowtorch as you finish it off with an earth-shattering, caramelized sugar topping.

During this class you will take on a delicious water-based pasta and serve in a creamy mushroom sauce. While waiting for our pasta dough to cure we will get stuck into making the most delicious, boozy, creamy tiramisu.

Ricotta Cheese Night - Gnocchi and Castagnole (gluten free option)

During this class we will use our hand dipped ricotta cheese to make two very different but equally delicious dishes! You will prepare and cook light and fluffy ricotta gnocchi tossed in a brown butter and fresh herb sauce.

We will then use the rest of our ricotta cheese to make the delectable Castagnoli, an Italian donut. These delicious, fried, golden nuggets are then rolled in sugar and dipped in our homemade lemon curd.

Come join us and create this delicious ravioli stuffed with a creamy ricotta cheese filling and finished in a nutty brown butter and truffle sauce.
For dessert we'll make a deliciously creamy Panna Cotta with a sauce made from seasonal fruit.

Chinese Style Dumplings with Homemade Szechuan Chili Oil and Soy Sauce Reduction!

I don’t know about you, but when we eat out at our favorite Dim Sum restaurant these delicious little gems fly off the plate, there just never seems to be enough!
During this fun class, we will make these delicious little parcels from scratch. There is a choice of either pork or tofu. They will be served with your very own homemade oil.

We will make from scratch these deliciously snappy ramen noodles and serve in your very own homemade chicken/vegetable broth. These are a very low hydration noodle so we will be kneading them with our feet - bring clean socks!
