During this class we will take on a delicious Potato Gnocchi and serve them in a tomato, basil and garlic confit sauce. For dessert we will make this delicious, show stopping, iconic dessert with it’s signature, caramel tasting burnt surface which goes perfectly with the creamy vanilla and orange flavored centre.
You will be greeted with a choice of Cocktails/Mocktail and a glass of wine from one of Oregon's wineries with dinner.
