Make an Open makerLAB Appointment

Space is limited; appointments are highly recommended and can be made up to 14 days in advance. Longwood Library cardholders can either reserve a specific piece of equipment and bring their own materials or purchase a makerLAB Kit at the makerLAB. Open makerLAB is a D.I.Y. self-guided experience. A staff member is here to assist with questions but for more in-depth training, patrons can take one of our makerLAB classes. The makerLAB is a shared space and makers should understand that an appointment to use a piece of equipment does not constitute a reservation of the entire room for private use. The makerLAB is for everyone; however, patrons under the age of 13 must have a parent or guardian present who will be responsible for that child while in the makerLAB.
