Below are the appointments and classes currently available. When you click on 'book' you will see all of the dates and times the class is offered. Children's classes are offered as a bundle while adult classes are currently drop-in. More information about each class is in the Classes pages of mendhammovement.com.

For acupuncture appointments - Caroline only sees one patient at a time and spends your entire appointment time with you. Cancellations in less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no shows will be charged the full amount of the visit.
