Privacy

• All information collected on you will be used to, design your training programmes, training sessions, classes, aid goal setting, dietary advice, sports massage, and sports therapy.

• All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential under the “Data Protection Act (1998)”.

• No data which identifies you will be passed on to a third party without your permission.

• No sensitive information whatsoever will be passed on to a third party without your permission.

• All sessions which take part in The Pendulum Fitness Gym/Studio/Training Facility/Clinic are video recorded and stored for the safety of both the practitioner/ trainer and the client.

Payment

• All payments are due in advance of sessions. If payments are not made by this time, then training will be postponed until payments are made.

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Debit/Credit card

Cancellation

• There must be a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a cancelled session to be rearranged unless there is an emergency.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of the agreed session, then you WILL be charged for that session.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to an agreed session and have no evidence of trying to notify me, I hold the right to cancel the session and still charge you for it.

End of service

• If I terminate my service as a self-employed Sports Therapist/Personal Trainer you are entitled to a full refund for any pre-paid sessions which you have not yet received.

Refund policy

• Refunds are only available for prepaid sessions if I deem the situation appropriate.

Session Expiration

12 and 8-hour packages expire 180 days after purchase.
Intro to personal training package expires 60 days after purchase.
Chair Based Exercise 4 Pack expires after 60 days
Swimming Lessons 4 Pack expires after 60 days
Any unused sessions from this date will be lost.
Packages may be extended due to holidays or illness at my discretion.

Notification provision

• I withhold the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as I see fit.

• Your continued use of my service will signify acceptance of any new terms and conditions
