Payment Information

Cash payments are PREFERRED however if you wish to pay cash we don’t have change in the salon so be sure to come with the exact amount. If you wish to pay by card we have an eftpos system however it does incur a 2.2% fee.

Arriving to your appointment

Please arrive at your appointment with no makeup on, this includes mascara & face products as the lash pads won’t stick properly. Please refrain from wearing mascara at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations

Cancelling prior to 48 hours before an appointment at The Lashed Studio means you will lose your $30 deposit. I understand that things do come up unexpectedly which is why I recommend rescheduling your appointment rather than cancelling. If you are to cancel your appointment within the 48 hr mark before your appointment a 50% service fee will be charged to your account or billed to you, if this is not paid you will not be able to book again with me until the fee has been paid.

Running Late

If you are running 15 minutes or more late you will be charged a late fee of $15 dollars as this affects my schedule & your appointment as you will lose time being lashed.

Infills

be sure to be booking your infills in advanced to ensure an appointment. Infills should be booked 2-3 weeks from your fullset or last infill appointment. If you have less than 40% of your lashes left this will be considered a full set.

Please come to your appointment alone as I have no waiting area for other guests to wait xx

When you arrive please remain in your car & message me to be sure I am ready for the next client, once I’m all done I will message you to let you know I’m ready for you to come to the door
