Roots of Rest

Hi! Thank you for deciding to rest with the restorative power of
Yoga Nidra. As a first time client policy, the first 4 Yoga
Nidra sessions must be virtual prior to having an in-person
session. If you are a first time client, please be sure to fill out the new client form prior to
booking.

As a traveling Nidrista, all in-person sessions must
be within a 6 mile radius of my home location in DC. After
you provide where the session will be, I can confirm whether the
location is within my area of service. If it is not within my service
area, I will reach out to suggest a virtual
session instead.
