Daytime, In-Person, 2-Hr "Buyer's Eye" Pre-Listing Consultation

2 hours @ $195.00

This service is for those in need of expert advice on preparing a home listing for the market. We provide recommendations for any aesthetic updates we feel will elevate the perceived value of the house, identify which items should be removed to depersonalize the house (both to make buyers feel more comfortable and secure the privacy and safety of the sellers during showings), and offer DIY staging tips to help "set the stage" for the best marketing photos and showings.

Daytime, ONLINE, 2-Hr "Buyer's Eye" Pre-Listing Consultation

2 hours @ $195.00

The same as our in-person 2-hr pre-listing consultation except for the "in-person" part. You will need an iPhone with Facetime installed, and a 50' or longer measuring tape. A laser measuring tool with also come in handy. You will be giving your consultant a virtual tour of the subject property, zooming in on any areas the consultant asks to see a better view of, and obtaining and relaying any measurements the consultant requests.

EVENING, ONLINE, 2-Hr "Buyer's Eye" Pre-Listing Consultation

The same as an daytime, in-person consultation except that we'll be meeting with you in the evening, online, using the Zoom app, so you'll need a smartphone, iPad, or laptop with a camera, as well as the Zoom app (free) installed on that device.

Daytime, In-Person, 2-Hr Airbnb Consultation

2 hours @ $195.00

This coaching session is for those in need of expert advice on preparing a home as a short-term rental (Airbnb, VRBO, corporate housing, etc). We'll provide guidance on how to best furnish, decorate, and stock an STR to target your ideal guests and accommodate the maximum occupancy you wish to book. You'll have 2 hours total to "pick our brain", so have all of your questions ready. If you'd like help selecting paint colors/finishes/fixtures, we will do so as long as it can be done within the time

This consultation is for those in need of expert advice on making their home, office, or small business look professionally decorated for any season or holiday: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. You'll have 2 hours to "pick our brain", so have all of your questions ready. If you'd like advice on how you can repurpose what you already have in storage, pull it out and have it ready for us to take a look at.

EVENING, In-Person, 2-Hr Holiday Decorating Consultation

2 hours @ $500.00

The same as our daytime in-person coaching offered at 6:00PM in the evening.

Daytime, In-Person, 2-Hr Interior Design Consultation

2 hours @ $195.00

This service is for those in need of expert advice on giving one or more rooms in their home a makeover, or if you're an investor flipping a property. You'll have 2 hours to "pick our brain", so have all of your questions ready. We can help you decide on paint colors, finishes, fixtures, furniture layouts, etc, as long as it stays within the space of 2 hours. If there's a lot to cover, you may want to consider booking an additional hour (see the "add on" option).

After purchasing this package, you'll be able to schedule each coaching session as needed. No expiration dates. Packages must be paid in full, in advance. No refunds, but you can transfer Photo Preps to another agent if/when you retire or move outside our service area.

As with our full price coaching sessions, the travel fee for each driving minute beyond the first 60 minutes for each session, and fees for additional hours beyond the first 2 hours will still apply. Sessions in this package can be converted to an online Facetime appointment upon request, on a per session basis, to avoid travel fees. Evening sessions are not valid in this package.
