Welcome to my Step Into S.E.L.F.-- Integrating your Shadow 8 week Series! It is an honor to be a guiding Light for you as we dive-in deep to your inner darkness. I am proud of you for having the courage and bravery to step boldly into your shadow-world, look at your pain, and heal your inner child. It is the journey of a Soul warrior and while the journey isn’t easy it is well worth it. Throughout the next 8 weeks we will meet once a week for an hour. Together we will identify your pain body, negative thought patterns, cycles of limitations and resistance, as well as connecting with & healing the core wounds of the inner child. Sessions will include intuitive guidance discussions, visualizations, meditations, and journaling. Following each session you will also be given a Shadow-work/Inner Child work assignment. This will be a healing practice that you will work with until our next meeting.
