This is for a 30-minute Reiki session.

Reiki is an energy modality used to promote relaxation and balance in life. The chakras are balanced during each session. Most people experience a feeling of calm after their session and report better sleep.

This session is a basic full-body scan unless we discuss a focus.

The purpose of this session is to set a new intention for you. We weave the new intention into your energy through Reiki. You are treated to a sound bath at the end of the session to calm the body and activate the intention. You will leave the session feeling relaxed and on cloud nine!

The Reiki Burnout Ritual is a beautiful session that incorporates meditation, affirmations, reiki, and a fire ritual. All sessions end with a beautiful sound bath. This session was created to re-ignite the fire within you that burnout has smothered out.

You will leave the session feeling calm, yet energized. Expect productivity and motivation to come back into your life!

Animals are very receptive to energy work. This session is great for all animals. Whether they are dealing with anxiety/stress, an illness/injury, behavioral issues, or they just seem to need some extra love.

This session is done with distance Reiki. You do not need to be present. All I need is a photo of your animal, a brief description of the issue you want to address, and for your pet to be in a comfortable and safe to them environment! Feel free to email me with any questions!

This is a distance Reiki experience where I focus on clearing stagnant energy. The Reiki will flow, allowing you to love yourself fully. I will then pull a card and send a mini report on what I found during the session plus the card reading.

You do not have to be present for this session. I will send Reiki at your scheduled time. It is recommended you are in a quiet space in a comfortable position.
