CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We kindly request 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, cancellations, or late arrivals. Guests who no show and do not contact the salon 24 hours prior may be charged for 100% of their booked service. Additionally, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to modify or reschedule your service to ensure that our other guests are not inconvenienced. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
