We are now in a new building at Unit 4, #50 White Street, Rotorua. The workbench is operational and bookings are open but there is still some ongoing fitout and setup happening. See the blog and contact page for more info and please ensure your parts get sent to the correct address
It is highly recommended to opt-in to text reminders as it is our primary method of sending a reminder as well as notifying upon completion. If you choose not to, reminders will be sent by email only
Choose the service you need, then select a day and fill out the questions. If you have multiple items for service, you can add those after confirming the first one. Your details should auto-complete.
Prices are accurate at the time of booking, you will be notified if the service cost is going to be higher than what is shown here. Upgrade prices are excluding install cost since that is covered by the service you are choosing.
Our target turnaround is 2-3 days from the day of booking. Please have your items at the shop no later than 5pm of the day prior to the service. Mondays are the exception, they can be dropped off by 10am.
Items can be delivered to the workshop as early as you like once they are BOOKED IN. We will attempt to begin jobs early if and when time allows but this is on a first in, first served basis. The parts must be left here and we cannot contact people if a "slot opens up"
