Step 1: Booking Your Appointment
To book an appointment for braids, locs, coils, twists, or any of the services we specialize in, please follow these steps:
Select Your Service: Choose the style you want (e.g., braids, locs, coils, twists).
Choose a Date and Time: Find a convenient time from the available slots.
Confirm Your Booking: Once your service and time are selected, proceed to confirm your appointment.
Step 2: Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Your appointment is not confirmed until this deposit is paid.
Step 3: Appointment Confirmation
After your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your appointment.
Step 4: Day of Appointment
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
No Show/No Call: If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to call and cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to book future appointments.
Step 5: Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid losing your deposit.
Additional Services:
House Calls: House calls are available for an additional fee. House calls can be added as an add-on to your service when booking or please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.
