Scheduled time is based on arrival window. For instance, if you schedule 9:00AM, your technician will arrive between 9:00AM and 9:59AM.
Technician will call, or text listed number when they are on their way to your location.
Technician will wait 15 minutes for you to arrive once your location is reached. If you, or device has not arrived, it will be considered No call/No Show and holding fee($20) will be remitted by customer.
