These classes are taught in an all-level*, Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga style. We will explore soothing stretches, invigorating breathing practices, and powerful standing asanas to strengthen your body and spirit. The purpose of the class is to balance your mind and bring harmony to your being through movement, breath awareness, and relaxation. Classes will be geared towards health and support for the fall transition.
