Thank you for considering The Arvada Community Room for your next event!
- Booking Your Event: To book your event, first look through the calendar and be sure that your date/time is available. If you need a date or time that is not available, you can email hello@arvadacommunityroom.com to double-check that the held date is confirmed.
- When you book, you are reserving the entire space. You will not have to share the space with any other parties.
- Deposits: You will be asked to book with a 50% deposit. The deposit is 100% refundable up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the date of your event, 50% refundable up to 2 weeks (14 days) before your event starts, and non-refundable within 14 days of your event start. You will be prompted to pay the remainder of the balance of your event costs 2 weeks (14 days) before your event.
- Rental Agreement: You will be asked to sign a short rental agreement to book your event.
- You will be emailed a personal Welcome Packet after you book and pay for your event. This will give you all the details you need to have a great event!
- If you want to book extra time outside of the time block you pick, you can choose the set-up time features. They may not be available if someone else has already booked that time.
- If you leave the space as you found it (clean up, rearrange furniture, and take out the trash), you will not be charged a cleaning fee. If you choose not to clean up the space, you will be charged a $45 cleaning fee (this may increase if there is a large event with a larger cleanup required).
- You may bring in your own food and beverage. Fridge and freezer storage is available Nearby restaurants are available for catering.
- Camera equipment (Owl Teleconferencing Device) is available for an additional fee of $25 per meeting.
