Come Prepared
You should come to every shoot with hair and make-up ready (nails and toes done). Failure to do so may result in your booking being canceled with no return of deposit. Please remember to shave and moisturize your body. The photographer will not be held responsible for your failure to do so (You will look hairy/ashy in your photos).
Turnaround Time
Raws - Will be delivered via Google Drive within 1-2 days after you shoot. Same day delivery of raws can be requested and paid for and is at the discretion of the photographer if able to accommodate such request.
Retouches/Edits—They will be delivered within 1 week of you submitting your selections. Expedited return of retouches can be requested at a fee, but it will incur additional costs and is subject to availability.
Retouches and Body Modification
Retouches are skin smoothening and softening or simple body fixes for the subject in the photo (sometimes the background). Body modification (enlarging, shrinking, etc) is not included in Retouches. They can be requested but may incur an additional cost and additional time. Speak with the photographer to inquire.
Payment
At the time of booking a deposit of half the total amount is required and is non-refundable. The full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or may be done before. Acceptable payment methods are Zelle (preferred), CashApp or Apple Pay. NO CASH
Late Policy
THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELLED IF MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE. Renz Photo will charge a $25 convenience fee if customer is more than 15 minutes late.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit towards a future session. Client can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographer’s schedule within 3 months.
Guest
Renz Photo wants you to be comfortable while you shoot. You may bring 1-2 people to observe and/or help to any shoot you book with Renz Photo (space permitting). They will not be allowed to be in the shoot if not specified during the booking process.
Additional Info
Makeup artists/ Hairstylists are welcome on set. The photographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props, or accessories before, or during a booking. Failure to properly prepare will solely serve the photographer no responsibility.
