- To guarantee a class booking, a prepayment is required to secure your place.If a cash is your only payment method then please message us to verify this, thank you.

- If you wish to postpone or cancel your booking this can be done up to 6hrs before your chosen class. This is to ensure that mats can be allocated to other students if necessary and after this time, no refund can be given. If it is raining, please leave enough time to reach the studio. Thank you for the understanding and supporting our small business 🙏

- The cut off time to book a class online is 1hr before it is due to start. If you want to make a very last minute booking after that time then message us on IG to see if you can still join.

- Whilst there are x5 free parking spots available for the building we can’t guarantee one will be free if you come by car so please allow extra time incase you need to park elsewhere (there’s public parking in the RSU building at your own cost).

- The Green Room cares about and prioritises your safety but please note, we are not responsible for any injuries.

- Please check our current Schedule Post on IG for any potential substitute teachers who might be leading your class, thanks!
