From there, choose a date and time for your child's house call appointment. You'll receive an email confirmation and the doctor will arrive at your home at your scheduled appointment time! #lifejustgotalittleeasier
If you see your zipcode listed, but you do not see any appointment times available on the date that you are needing an appointment, OR if you don't see your zipcode listed but would like to request a house call, you are welcome to choose "waiting list" appointment type. You’ll receive an email confirmation that you’ve been placed on the waiting list and you'll be given an arbitrary appointment time on the waiting list. If we have any cancellations and we are able to offer you an appointment, you will receive a second email and a text message, letting you know that you've gotten off the waiting list, with the new confirmed appointment time. If we are unable to find a provider to see your child, you'll receive a cancellation email.

The convenience fee is $60 per house during weekdays. On weekends and after-hours (after 5pm) the convenience fee is $75 per house. This is separate from any copay that you may have. We will then file the cost of the actual visit to your insurance. The convenience fee will be charged to the card on file the next business day after the visit has been completed, and you'll receive an emailed receipt for that.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for any visit that is cancelled inside of 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
