This weekly class, led by Erica, creates a space for you to practice self hypnosis by setting intentions and learning how to harness the power of meditation in labor, birth, and beyond.
We'll check-in and present a theme for the particular session, then move into a guided meditation/relaxation session for about 20 minutes.
