PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Existing clients, there have been some changes so please read.
DEPOSITS
The following non-refundable deposits are required to book an appointment:
$30 REGULAR APPOINTMENTS.
$50 INSTANT LOC START SERVICES
$50 COLOUR SERVICES
$150 LOC EXTENSION INSTALLATIONS

If the deposit is not received within 24hrs, your appointment will be cancelled
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify 24 hours in advance
If you cannot make your current scheduled appointment, you are able to reschedule once 24hrs before the appointment without losing your deposit. If you need to reschedule a second time, your first deposit will be lost and a new deposit is required to book again
Any last minute cancellation will result in a lost deposit
ALL REMAINING PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN CASH

BOOKING
When booking, you must select ALL of the services you would like. Once selected, the calendar will show you the next available date and time for that service. If the date you want isn't shown, the date is unavailable
SQUEEZE IN'S
If you need an appointment but there is no availability, a squeeze in option is available for $85. Once agreed upon with the stylist, you will be required to pay the $85 along with your $30 booking deposit to secure the appointment. The remaining balance will be collected on the date of service. To request a squeeze in, text a clear explanation of the requested service to (289)600-9901
HAIR PREP
It is not required to have your hair washed or blow-dried before booking. However, you must book for one if you choose not to come already prepped
Please do not add any oils or Leave-in conditioners. Hair should be left dry. Your stylist will add any necessary products
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
The balance can be paid using CASH (preferred). If sent through EMT 13% tax will be added.(no exceptions)
The purchase of Loc Extensions will be made through PayPal (no account required).
AGE LIMITS
If you book a service for a child who is severely tender headed or cannot sit by themselves for the duration of the service, PLEASE do not book. I reserve the right to decline services I render difficult or stressful. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit and a fee based on amount of time wasted.
CONSULTATIONS
If your service requires a consultation or you have concerns about your hair prior to booking, you MUST send clear photos/videos of your hair, a picture of what you’d like your hair to look like (for Loc start services) and an explanation of what your concerns are to 289-600-9901, before booking a Virtual or in person consultation
LOC EXTENSIONS
If you are interested in extensions, you may pre-purchase locs through the YFLM website. This service requires a consultation. Text 289-600-9901 with a clear photo of your hair (for fullness and length). Send a photo of the length and desired size. The service can be booked online but requires an 8hr time slot. If it is unavailable on the calendar, please text the number above to get you scheduled for the soonest available appointment
COLOUR SERVICES
Colour services cannot be booked online without prior authorization from the stylist. You MUST send a photo of your hair and desired color to 289-600-9901 to book the service. The non-refundable deposit for this service is $50 which will be applied to the total. Please be mindful of your clothing choice for the date of service. When dealing with chemicals appropriate draping will always be done but accidents can happen and staining may occur
**Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. Please do not send messages on multiple platforms hoping for a faster response. It will only confuse the process, and further delay response time.**
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the terms set in this policy. The stylist has the right to refuse service to anyone. All terms are non-negotiable and all services are non refundable, therefore no exceptions will be made
