Humans evolved to walk across the face of the earth: it's on our very DNA to walk well and with intention. Yet, through circumstance, environment, injury or other factors, we develop patterns of walking that do not serve us functionally, causing unnecessary wear, tear and shearing force on our joints, muscles and ligaments.
In this workshop you will learn to improve your walking by becoming aware of patterns and habits that may not serve you. In person, in Chrish's Studio and outdoors, weather permitting.
