Tutoring Packages can be redeemed for 1 Hour or 30 Min Sessions, or a mixture of both.
Tutoring hours may be shared/gifted between siblings or friends.
The tutoring hours do not expire.
We endeavour to tutor you at your preferred time, but we do not guarantee preferred available times (see - change of mind), book sessions ahead of time to ensure your preferred time.

Full Tutoring Terms and Conditions:

When you book your first session, you will be required to check a box agreeing to our terms of service which can be read by clicking here for students under the age of 18 and here for adult students.

Change of mind:

We offer this package deal to provide great value tutoring for regular clients. If you change your mind and decide to use fewer lessons, or we cannot provide tutoring at your requested time, you may request a partial refund at anytime. A refund will be calculated by deducting the standard price of our service ($60/hr) from the total price you paid. E.g. If you used 3.5 hours, we will deduct $210 (3.5 x $60) from the $250 you paid initially and refund you $40.
If we cannot provide you with a suitable tutoring time, we will refund you any remaining sessions.
