- Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation
1 on 1 with the Physical Therapist assessing any pain, injury, or concern. Patient will leave with a PT diagnosis, home exercise plan, and any necessary referrals.
- Physical Therapy Follow Up
Execution of the plan of care formed at the initial evaluation. Appointment consists of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and any modalities deemed helpful.
