Green Mattress provides a fee-based drop-off and curbside collection service. For curbside pickup, units must be left out on public property so that you can see the house number and the mattress at the same time. Units may be left out the night before, but no later than 6:00 a.m. on the day of your pickup.
Drop-off & Curbside Pickup Terms:
I confirm that the mattress(es) and/or box spring(s) will be:
• Dry (curbside units that get wet on the day or night before pickup are acceptable)
• Not excessively dirty, rancid, or hazardous for recycling
• NOT infested with bed buds, other insects, or vermin
• (For curbside only) Left curbside, on public property so that you can see the house number and mattress(es) and/or box spring(s) at the same time
I understand:
• GMR’s 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy
• That GMR reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Mattresses or Box Springs that do not meet the criteria above will be subject to NON-RECYCLABLE surcharge of $15 per unit, which will be either invoiced separately, or at the time of pickup.
GMR Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
To receive a complete refund, cancellations must be confirmed 72 hours prior to your scheduled drop-off or pickup date. Partial refunds will be made for cancellations outside the 72-hour window to account for transportation costs. Rescheduling missed pickups will require an additional $15 per mattress or box spring.
