Appointments use the Zoom platform. Please be prepared to meet in a comfortable and private space with limited distractions. Appointments may not be made for times when client is driving or in a public space without privacy.
Cancellations with 12 hours or more notice can be rescheduled by the client.
Appointments with less than 12 hours notice can be rescheduled by contacting me via email. 8-11 hours notice is free up to 2 incidents. 4-8 hours notice $10 fee, less than 4 hours notice $25 fee. Emergencies can be discussed individually. I am not able to accommodate excessive cancellations and reschedules.
All reschedules must be done prior to the scheduled appointment start time.
No shows forfeit the prepaid cost of the appointment if the client never contacts me. If the client contacts me within 24 hours after the missed appointment, a reschedule is available for a $50 fee.
