Welcome to ArieStyles where I provide services to meet your hair care needs and more. I appreciate you considering me for your hair care services. I specialize in natural hair care and a variety of protective styles. The information provided below is to ensure a smooth booking process and a better experience when being serviced by ArieStyles. Please take the time to read these details. I am not responsible if you overlook or do not thoroughly read through the items listed below.
My calendar is only open for 30 days at a time, from the date you access my calendar (i.e. if you access the booking site on the 23rd, you will only see what's available up until the 22nd of the following month).
Accepted forms of payment are Zelle or Cash ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS! At the time of booking your appointment, you have the option to pay only your deposit OR you can pay your service in full via PayPal. However, at the time of your appointment, please come prepared to pay the remaining balance in Zelle or Cash.
If you are sick (common cold, flu, COVID, etc) please cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you show up noticeably ill to your appointment, I will cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to re-book.
SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- A non-refundable $30 deposit is due to at the time of scheduling via the booking site.
- Deposit goes towards the cost of service.
- Remaining balance is to be paid in full upon completion of your service. Balance can be paid via Cash or Zelle ONLY.
- If you need a last minute, after hours, my day off or a squeeze-in appointment please text me directly at 510-778-0301. An additional fee of a minimum of $50 will apply to cost of service based on desired style.
- My services are provided in Richmond, CA. The address will be included in your confirmation email, after booking through the site.
KIDS SERVICES:
- I service kids ages 5 and up.
- I only provide natural hair services to children (no braids or protective styles).
- Your child must be able to sit still for the appointment.
- If your child is not able to sit still, please do not book.
- If after 15 minutes your child cannot remain still enough for services to be rendered, the appointment will be cancelled and you will have to pay 1/2 of the cost of your child's service.
- Please book natural hair services only for children (there is no price differential for children).
NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL?:
- YOU manage your appointments. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so on the booking site.
- Deposits are transferable for ONE reschedule and must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment via your reminder email. After your ONE reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
- I cannot guarantee that your desired date/time to reschedule will be available. You will have to book based on what is listed.
- I understand that emergencies occur that are beyond our control which may cause you to cancel/reschedule outside of the 24 hour window. If this is the case, please contact me directly at 510-778-0301 or ariestyles@yahoo.com so that I can assist you personally. I allow grace, but DO NOT ABUSE THE LENIENCY. IF I NOTICE A PATTERN IN THIS AREA, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LENIENCY I OFFER.
- No call/No shows: you will be charged half of the service fee and terminated from being able to book in the future. If the reason for being a no call/no show prevented you from being able to make contact, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I will not allow you to book again until communication is had between us and you will still be charged half of the service fee. You can contact me at 510-778-0301 or ariestyles@yahoo.com. LET'S RESPECT TIME:
- PLEASE BE ON TIME and communicate 30 minutes prior to your appointment if you are running behind. Please provide an ETA so that I can let you know if I can still service you.
- You are allowed a 10 minute grace period.
- After 10 minutes, there will be an additional $15 late fee added to your cost of service, if I am still able to service you.
- Depending on my schedule for the day, your appointment can be cancelled after the 10 minute grace period, if I am not able to accommodate your tardiness.
- If your appointment is cancelled, the late fee will be waived since services will not be rendered.
- If you want to reschedule due the circumstances of your tardiness, a new deposit will be required to book.
THESE POINTS MATTER TOO:
- NO EXTRA GUESTS (kids, friends, pets etc). NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No repairs will be made to any style after 24 hours of original appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF IT FALLS ON ARI:
- Please understand that I am human and things do happen. I have a personal life outside of work and there may be occasions where I will be running late, need to take off unexpectedly, cancel appointments, and/or reschedule you. If I have to alter your appointment for any of the above reasons: No additional deposit or fees will be required.
- Understand that I cannot guarantee your desired appointment when I am altering appointment date and time, but I will do my best to accommodate you.
