We do not have a long rule list; we ask that you please respect our allotted times.
PLEASE REVIEW POLICIES ENTIRELY & CLOSELY BEFORE BOOKING:
- If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 HOURS before your appointment. In the event you must cancel the day, please give us a call directly at the shop! We understand things happen and will try our best to accommodate you.
- We have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If you think you will be more than 10-15 minutes late, please call us directly at the shop to see if we can still accommodate you. There is no guarantee we can hold your appointment.
- *** No-call/no-show appointments (with a credit card on file) will automatically be charged the FULL PRICE of the initially booked service. This charge will not roll over into a new booking.*** Please communicate with us to avoid these charges!
- Please refrain from bringing additional guests or children. If necessary, they will have to wait unattended in our waiting area. Only those being serviced will be allowed in our spa rooms.
- WaxAway Spa has the right to decline any online bookings.
- Wearing face masks is optional.
