Due to high interest and my limited availability, I am currently organising session times via email. If you would like to book a session then please email me at hello@joellamay.com and we can arrange a time to meet. Spaces are often booked out a few weeks in advance so if you would like to be on a waitlist to be notified about any openings then you're welcome to email me.

All prices below are in Australian dollars. If you are based within Australia or New Zealand, then please follow the prompts on this booking page to complete payments for sessions. If you are located outside of Australia or New Zealand, then all prices are equivalent to the prices below in EUR, USD, CAD or GBP relative to your location (ie. initial session = €170/US$170/CA$170/£170; standard sessions = €160/US$160/CA$160/£160 for Europe, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, respectively). If you are based outside of these locations, then sessions will be charged in USD. For payment information please follow the details upon booking sessions or packages below. All fees include business tax (10% GST).

For details about booking packages of sessions, you can scroll down on this page. The opportunity to work together across multiple sessions often encourages more noticeable shifts and personalised support than what a single session might offer. I have a core belief that mental health services should be accessible to all. Therefore, packages of sessions offer a reduced price per session and payment plans can be made available. If you would like to have sessions but it is not currently within your means then please email me to see how we can make this work for your situation.

Sessions are booked in advance and I do not offer immediate crisis response. In the case of a crisis, please contact your doctor, or an emergency helpline or go to the nearest hospital.     • Compassionate Somatics Program

      A$940.00

      This is a 3-month 1:1 program for somatic self-inquiry. The Compassionate Somatics program takes a trauma-informed and body-based approach to psychotherapy. In this approach, you bring mind-body awareness to the unconscious dynamics that are playing out in your life and learn how to free yourself from them, as well as develop clarity, insight and choice in your actions. This program consists of 6 x 60 minute Compassionate Somatic sessions spaced 2 weeks apart for optimal integration. Payment plans are available so please email me if you would like to space the payment over multiple instalments. If you are based outside of Australia then the price for the program is €940/US$940/CA$940/£940 relative to your location.       This package of 3 sessions may consist of an initial session and 2 standard sessions, or 3 standard sessions. Purchasing this package will save you $10-20 total. Payment plans are available so please email me if you would like to space the payment over multiple instalments. You have 4 months to use this package. If you are not able to use all sessions within this timeframe, please contact me and we can arrange to make this work for you. If you are based outside of Australia then the price for the 3 session package is €470/US$470/CA$470/£470 relative to your location. If you are based outside of Australia please use the coupon code PACKAGE at the checkout to complete the booking. I will then send you an email with the payment link.

      This package of 5 sessions may consist of an initial session and 4 standard sessions, or 5 standard sessions. Purchasing this package will save you $30-40 total. Payment plans are available so please email me if you would like to space the payment over multiple instalments. You have 6 months to use this package. If you are not able to use all sessions within this timeframe, please contact me and we can arrange to make this work for you. If you are based outside of Australia then the price for the 5 session package is €770/US$770/CA$770/£770 relative to your location.
