Please note that I am not skilled in male genital services so I do not offer Male Genital Brazilian Waxes, however, all other services are available for all genders. That includes all other body wax services and facial treatments.
Cancellation Policy on all Appointments:
* A valid credit card will be required when booking your appointment and will be charged 25% of your scheduled service as a Non-Refundable Deposit.
For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you should exceed this time or cancel within the 24-hour time frame there will be an automatic cancellation fee of another 50% of your scheduled appointment. If you are rescheduled while not paying your cancellation fee, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee with your scheduled appointment for that day.
This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or requested at the time of cancellation.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, I will do everything possible to extend the time and give you the full amount of time on your appointment. If accepted for a late arrival there will be a $15 late fee added at checkout. However, if there is another appointment following your service, I cannot guarantee this will be possible.
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, Sphynx Wax Studio reserve the right to charge the full cost of the scheduled service to the credit card on file or requested at the time of booking.
No children are allowed, however, there are acceptations if you have a newborn baby.
